Shipping Policy

At Velvet Oak, we aim to deliver our luxury fragrances to your doorstep in the fastest and safest way possible. Below are the details of our shipping process:

1. Delivery Timeline

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): Delivery within 2 to 4 business days.
Other Cities & Remote Areas: Delivery within 5 to 7 business days.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Charges

Buy 2 Perfumes & Get FREE Shipping: Any order containing two (2) or more perfume bottles qualifies for Free Delivery across Pakistan.
Single Item Shipping: For orders with only one (1) perfume, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 will apply.

3. Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when you receive your parcel.
Online Payment: We also accept Bank Transfers and EasyPaisa/JazzCash (Contact us on WhatsApp for details).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number via SMS or Email. You can track your parcel on our courier partner’s website (TCS, Leopards, or Trax).

5. Fragrance Safety & Handling

Perfumes are fragile and liquid items. We use premium multi-layer bubble wrap and sturdy boxes to ensure zero leakage or breakage.

Note: If you receive a damaged bottle, please refer to our Refund Policy immediately.

6. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. Velvet Oak is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect contact details.
Unattended Delivery: Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If the parcel is not received, it will be returned to us, and the order will be cancelled.
